Got a single room with a jacuzzi as expected and appreciated it. the room had a private safe, minibar, sofa bed, and smoke detectors for safety measures. - the hotel employees were very helpful and caring.

The location was GOOD for first time visitors to Parma. The hotel was a great place for enjoying a local area. The room was huge and large, included with Jacuzzi, huge bathroom and a plentiful & varied breakfast. The service was good throughout our stay.

The hotel was clean with free Wi-Fi. There were comfortable beds and a laptop-size safe, a minibar, and central heating inside the room. Its location was peaceful, next to a dual carriageway, in the middle of an agricultural area.

The hotel staff was excellent and friendly. The free WiFi made my work easy. The brekfast and the a la carte menu were fresh. Both the room and the bathroom were large and easy to use. Also very positive the car park.

I was charged 100euros per day instead of 80 euros per day as was stated on the booking. I hope that I will get the refund. Thanks Joe Vella

Very nice, modern hotel. I staid there 4 times, and I could say that Parma & Congressi is one of the best hotels in Parma. Professional personal. I advice you to stay in Parma & Congressi.

Spacious and quiet rooms with large bathrooms. Super close to restaurants, but there's a downside - it's also near a train track and a busy road 🚂🛣️.

I didn't like the place of the hotel, the rooms are quite old and we had to walk a lot between the recepction to aour bedroom.
